In a rented accomodation, guests over the offical number are not allowed. Children and babies are considered full people. The lessor may reject guests over the official number of guests, also, he/she can provide accomodation for extra fee.

Houses: Holiday homes are arranged according to the individual tastes of the owners. Occasionally, these are simple and practical. Please be careful when using the stairs of the houses.

Travelling must be individually.

Receiving the key: between 2 and 6 p.m.

Returning the key: between 7 and 10 a.m.

Pets: according to special request. In every case, provide information on the race, size and quantity of the pet when making your room reservation.

Tourism tax: tourism tax must be paid separately on site, in accordance with the local governmental provision.

Deposit: The lessor is entitled to ask for a deposit of 10,000 HUF from the guests when providing them with the key. In accordance with the Hungarian law, the Lessor has the possibility to cancel the agreement with the Lessee (Relaxa Tours Kft) a definite period of time before the letting of the real estate. In such a case, we make an additional offer to our guests.

In case the guest waives from the agreement, he or she undertakes to compensate for the costs of Relaxa Tours Kft by paying the amount defined in the percentages of the full fee indicated below as lump sum fee:

Before arrival:  0 to 4 days and without waiver: 100 %

                     5 to 8 days                              80 %

                     9 to 18 days                            60 %

                     19 to 21 days                           40 %

                     21 to 31 days                           20 %

All of our guests are obliged to keep themselves to the regulations hanged in the houses!
